We elaborate a plot of the actual situation and we present you the best solutions. This way, you can value all the proposed solutions and choose the best for you.

We elaborate a detailed and clear budget, with unitary prices for each part of the reform, as we are sure a bad budgeted work ends in a conflict.

We work with really good proffesionals, specialists in their works.

We supervise the work everyday, with technically qualified personnel, who will manage and coordinate all the works. If you wish, you can also be present with the supervisor, to make sure the quality of the work and give you peace of not having to worry about the work. You will be in direct contact with the responsible manager of your reform.


Steps to follow

1. We mesure the site in a visit previously to the budget.

2. We do full detailed budgets with all the parts and personalized. Remember, we think a bad budgeted work is a sure conflict.

3. We elaborate a detailed plot of the reform.

4. We advice our customers in a integral way. (Licenses, Projects, etc…)

5. We give you ideas about the decoration.

6. Everything has a reasonable price.

7. Total puntuality in the giving date, compromise of finish of work in the pacted date in the contract.

8. We supervie your reform everyday, with qualified technical personnel.  

9. We have at your disposal at our company’s offices a full color photo dossier of our finished reform works made by our technical personnel.
